I'm reaching the max impeller speed at around 6200. How bad is it to overspin these blowers? I have my shift light set at 6100.
The first thing I need to do is check to see if my fuel pressure is dropping off. I just have a Lonnies double pumper kit and 60's. The lines, regulator and rails are still stock. We maxed out the PE table trying to give it enough fuel and it was still lean across the board. I turned up the meth and it helped alot, the midrange is way fat so I could lean it out there but the top end is either running out of pressure or just not enough fuel.

I know vortech blowers have been known for people to overspin them, but I wouldn't overspin your procharger. Not saying it can't be done with a procharger, but I wouldn't do it if it was me. I have Lonnies DP setup as well, so I am guessing your possible running out of injector?? If your spraying 100% meth then I figure it would do 800+RWHP even with the 60's?
Who is tuning the car now?? You still using a MAF sensor?

The lines, regulator and rails are still stock.
I know for fact on LT1's I have seen right at 700RWHP, anything above that I don't know.
Did you ever get in contact with Ed Wright??

I haven't gotten with Ed Wright since the problem from before was just the spark blowing out.
I have heard of people running 60's safely with a bit more power than me and the stock regulator is boost referenced so its raising pressure with boost to about 64psi at my last dyno session so I would think the lines would be the next restriction before the injectors. I am running 100% meth.
I messed with the tuning myself this time.

Ed Wright is the man for LTx tuning. Hope he can hook ya up, I'm sure he can.
