Turbo headers have always been an option. I just wont give them away. They are time consuming. I am ****.

I could design and Jig a set of basic set headers and do the Cross over to fit a T6 ot T4 turbo and range the Dp from 3" to 5" and require the use of the BMR Turbo k-member. I could do all this a still keep the A/C on all but the most extreme T6 5" DP setups.

Here is the kicker. Once I priced it out, it would have realistic profit built into it. It would be higher priced than the OFI or TTi kits. I am a one man show so I would have to make it worth my while. Then I would have to turn orders away to keep the shop grounded and not out run myself. Then build times play a factor.

Turbo shops like mine are a juggle. Its why I keep a day job to pay the bills at home. I refuse to lose everything over this shop. I had rather turn down a big money build to keep my wits about me. Than take that build and watch it all fall apart.

My whole point of this thread was give an example of what can be done at KYTP. You dont have to rule out the small shops when looking into these kinda builds. I have no desire to compete with OFI, TTi, Speed Inc, or anyone else. I do what I enjoy. I build turbo setups.

I have the same turbo K-member. Let me know when you have some time and look forward to your PM, I can always send you my headers and S91 if you need them. Do you recomend the 3" crossover over a 2.5"? I have a 427.
The setup pictured is slated for a 400+ ci engine. Its a street car, but a big HP street car.

No worries on the OFI deal. I have used his hot parts before. They are nice. I hope Joel gets everything worked out.

As for your setup a 3" Charge pipe would work, so would a 2.5" setup. I could more than likley rework yours and just build you a DP. I will quote it to you both ways.

This is why you are in demand Josh. I agree there will always be your budget builds out there, but there are also going to be guys that are prepared to pay a premium for a high quality high Hp build that works right and fits right. Just keep doing what your doing .

I think it would be really cool if you could make a c6/truck crossover. Build looks great, I predict you have a bright future!!

Your kits have always been a favorite of mine.

Guys I really appreciate the props on the build. I have had several inquiries about marketing this type of build. I am going to put together a price structure for a setup similar to the picutured one. They would be built one a one by one basis. I want to be able to offer a T4 and T6 version fitting turbos from 76-106mm. This won't be an over night process. I will keep everyone informed.
