HOW MANY OF YOUR GUYS ARE RUNNING 10.50s OR BETTER? WHAT IS YOUR SET UP? WEIGHT, STALL, GEAR, MOTOR SIZE,WHAT KIND OF TIRE, TRANS/WITH BRAKE OR NOT,DA, PSI. ALSO WHAT KIND OF GAS DO YOU RUN/METH . WHAT DO YOU HAVE AS FAR AS SUSPENSOIN. I WOULD HAVE PUT THIS IN THE DRAG RACE SECTION BUT I THINK IT WOULD GET A BETTER RESPONCE HEAR. AND GUYS PLEASE JUST POST UP PROCHAGER NUMBERS, BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT IM RUNNING AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT SIMPLE THANKS FOR YOU TIME

I just ran a 10.9 @ 124 1.7 60' with having to let off and get back on it to shift 2-3. Full weight, stock 10-bolt 3.23's Drove home in 3rd. No overdrive. I only go to the track once a year and put 1000+ miles on it.

Thanks bro. What all do you have done?

I just ordered a Yank SS3600 stall. After talking to Yank, the 3400 extreme is for high hp cars. Like 800+. If my trans was working properly, a 10.7x was't out of the question.

I was thrilled to finally get that timeslip. I made 7 passes that I just aborted after the 1/8th mile with it not shifting properly. Finally, the trans gods let it shift a bit. lol

I would have a vette, but for now, I can have the kids (10 and 7) in the back and mama riding shotgun.

Hmm, I am cutting 1.45 60's with my PY3400/3.70 gears/27" tire. I thought about trying the SS4000 Yank for a 9 second 1/4, the SS3600 will probably be a good compromise between track performance and street driving. Let us know how you like it.

i have a forged 347 (9:8:1)with vic jr intake,60 lbs injectors, Hughes 3500, 3:73 gears stock ten bolt KPs old D1, i have stock 6.0 heads with good springs, im running EPPs blower cam and there FMIC i just had my trans built from a guy here. i will be buying a meth kit in about 3-5 week. running BMRs extreme TA with spon LCAs i run on MT ET Street DRs. my car has every thing that it came with from the factory, so is heavy. i think KP did something like17 PSI with the pulley/headunit i have but i don't think im going to run that much im hopeing for some were around 14psi and i want to run 10.50, that why i made this post to see if my goal are out of sight or not

Thats awesome!!! I run on 275/17/40 M/T Drag Radials w/ stock rims, stock 3.23 gears, stock shocks and springs. No way for me to pull those 60's.

What rpm can you footbrake to? I can only get up to 1800 rpm. With the SS3600, they said about 2800 rpm, which would make for a better launch. What else is your setup to pull those 60's? Power?

Ricky, you've got low 10's all day.

You're making way more power than me. Better intake, cam, FMIC, more boost and gearing.

I would not worry!!!

Well I should be able to tell you what mine will run after the 18th. I plan on going all out then. I was at the track about a month ago and was just playing with it seeing what it would do( drove there 55miles one way). Not launching the car just leaving from idle and mashing the gas once I was rolling it went 11.7@127mph with a 2.3 60' Before the procharged setup I cut 1.7 and 1.6 60's so that is almost a second on the top end. but yeah on the 18th I will have atrailer and stuff so I plan on going big or going home broken. Here are some stats on the car.
forged 347 home ported stock 241 heads, 224/232 .595/.583 on a 114 ls6 intake, 1 7/8 kooks, 4in mufflex, tex cluthc, 3.42 gear, SDCE 12psi, made 505rwhp and 521rwtq. oh and 275 40 17 MT drags.

wow man that"s bad ***!! what size pulleys are you using to get 12 psi?? i say mine should make12-14 im hopeing 14 is what i will see but till i get the meth kit on and it tuned then i have know idea what it will make i have the SDCE crank pulley and a 3.40 and a 3.70 i think

I am running a 4.0 pulley I will be Data logging at the track when I race it so I know exactly how much boost it is making. 12psi is about what I am seeiong on my gauge. Also what heads are you running that will make a difference on boost you see. In the spring I plan on dtepping down to a 3.9 pulley and doing a meth kit. Should be good fun. The car feels really stong on the street.

PS I have no suspension work and a 10bolt too. 9in going in over the winter and stepping up to a 3.89 gear

I can get about 2000RPM, maybe a little more. I actually leave about 1800RPM and flash it to wherever it goes, haven't really logged it.

403/AFR 225/EPP cam/meth/9# boost/twin 4.5 ATI coolers/ 3.70 gear with a Hoosier 27" QTP. It makes 610RWHP
