Wheres the fuel pump sock go?
Wheres the fuel pump sock go? I know it goes on the bottom of the pump but does it stay in the bucket or can it be seen from the bottom of the bucket?
The reason I ask is because I bought a car with an aftermarket pump, I took the tank out to verify this and I have several pictures from several months ago. I just needed to see the color of the pump housing, no pics of inside the bucket because it's hard to see it without taking it apart.
There is no sock on the bottom of the bucket, so does it stay inside? anyone have a pic?

Damn, I was browsing old pictures of it on my computer and it hit me that there is no sock visible from the bottom side of the bucket. I also don't have pics of the very bottom of the bucket.
