A/F ratio question

A/F ratio question I had my cay dyno'd recently and the A/F ratio was a little on the lean side I think.
It went like this:
13.0@2500 to 13.5@3800
13.5 from 3800 to 5200 then
13.6 from 5300 to 5700
back to 13.5 from 5800 to redline.
Now, I don't think my car is pinging at all. I do notice a rattle from inside the car, but I think it's something in the interior. Granted, I have never heard what pinging or detonation sounds like. I've read the about the ball bearing in a tin can sounds, but I really don't think I'm hearing anything like that.
My question is, should I ping with the above A/F or is it safe to run it like that?
I run 94 octane gas. The car is a 00' WS6 M6 with 37k on it. The mods are FRA, Lid, K&N, EGR hacked off, MAF descreened, TB bypass, and SLP Loudmouth cat-back.

BTW, the car made 328.5RWHP and 335.5RWTQ without the cat-back.
