Default Running e85??? Get in here please guys

If you are running e85 i simply am wondering if you are getting it out of the pump or ordering it. I have a sheets store 2 miles away with it and am thinking about using it but i dont want to take a risk at 1000+ rwhp

So if i cant use it from the pump i will use 93 octane

Pump e85 okay for a serious build or not?

I'm just getting it from local stations. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the concentration of ethanl changes with the seasons. During the summer it's E85 at 105 oct (R+M/2), winter it's E70 at 100 oct.

Well ive got my fuel pumps just need to know what lines i need to run. Ive got a walbro 255 intank and a bosch 044 inline. Im thinking i need to run a -10 with a -8 return but that may be over kill.

No such thing as over kill. With bigger lines im assuming it would keep the heat down at the very least?

I was advised by a few guys not to make the switch because pump E85 can be as low as E70 at the pump. Just what I was hearing.......

Depends what part of the country you are in.
S Florida gets e85 and no variance all year round.
