Fuel pressure and misfire

My 2000 ls1 cam and bolt on car barley runs ran fine after can for a while and then i painted the car took it out on a warm day and misfires all day changes plugs and wires went away for a little and came back with avengance pulled the plugs and bank 1 is fouled and sutty and bank2 is Wet with gas also fuel pressure is 63-64psi at idle and runs ok when WOT???? problems related?

Are you throwing any codes? Has the car been tuned? What pump(s)? What injectors?

i had a tps code put it works fine i tested it and the only other code is a po300 but it is a stock pump and injectors it ran fine with the cam once i parked it and painted it then it started and just got worse and worse
