A friend has a 95 LT1 and when he turns the key on the pump runs for two seconds and cut off, witch it suppose too , fuel pressure is 42psi. But while cranking it has 0 psi pressure, Will not start, fuel pump not running, but i can turn the key to the run possession and the fuel pump will run for two seconds.Can some one help use.

 

It sounds like the PCM is finding an error condition and is shutting down fueling. Have you checked the spark? The PCM may be shutting down the ignition also.
Can you connect to the OBDII port with a scanner and see if any codes are present or any error conditions exist?
