Question injector question

I am putting stage 2 heads and 231/237 cam in my A4 SS. I have a NX wet kit and was wondering if I should put bigger injectors in while I had it apart? I was thinking of using 02 Z06 injectors if I changed them. Also, would I have to do any tuning for the injectors?

If you are going that route, I would do some fuel system improvements. I would have the OEM Z06 injectors blueprinted and flow balanced. You would be surprised at the flow variation of each individual injector. Here's a place that I recommend: www.rceng.com The place is called RC Engineering. This is one of their specialties that they do for racers, and have been for 30yrs. You will get a 24hr turn around, and a detailed report on the flow of each injector, before and after. I would also recommend using a high quality fuel filter, that is made by Canton Racing www.cantonracing.com The part number is CM-15, and it's the GM EFI Fuel Filter. It has a billet housing to allow disassembly of the filter for inspection and replacement. The filtration unit connects right up to the factory OEM style clip connectors. It outflows the stocker by a longshot.

I'm going with the same setup. Anymore suggestions? How about fuel pumps?

You could try a Bosch fuel pump. There's one that will support up to 550hp. You might want to go to a search engine and look up their site, or ask around on the boards. If you want a seroius race pump, I would look at a Magnaflow. Here's their website: www.magnumforce.com With fuel components of this level, you will need to go to a -10 size fuel line. This will keep your fuel pressure stable. I don't know exactly the kind of level you guys are wanting to go.
