aem ems standalone
I'll know in the next few months. Have you bought the EMS yet? Last I heard (at the beginning of this year) they were no longer going to make them for the LS1 camaro/firebirds. Reason being they had 3 in stock ALL year last year. They didn't sell one. So they threw them up on clearance in december and sold out on them in 2 days. Either way. Hopefully they are still making them as they are GREAT units and I really don't understand why hardly anyone on here runs them. They plug right in and have basically All the same features as FAST or BS3... Good luck either way. And you are going to have to run an injector driver box for those as AEM EMS doesn't control low impedance injectors on it's own...
Aem doesn't output anything thru the data port. Thats one problem with it and the other setups. Although at least stock instruments work with the aem.
I was interested in it but found out would have to sell off my new aeroforce guages and buy aem specific which are like 300 a piece. Also as said aem does not have low impedence injector driver built it. It does have traction control,two step and antilag and not sure if it can run 4l80 trans. They are coming out with new version but from what you said about sales it might not be for the ls1s

I call the sales department and they told me that aem ems that they have is for ls1 plug and play.but the thing is i dont know what is better,e85 or 116,for tune with 116 i need to buy aem,and for e85 just the box and injectors.what do you recomend me.
