Default Intermitten fuel problem

Ok I have a fueing issue. I was driving this weekend at about 60 with the cruise on and the car just started to die. I press the gas pedal and it totally died. I had been driving for awhile at least 75 miles. So I got it to start back up and went about five miles and it did this again. so I found that it had no fuel pressure but the pump would run. After a few minutes it started again and i made it about 3 miles. Once again I had no fuel presure but the pump would run. So I put on a fuel filter this time the car sat about 30 minutes. Then it started back up this time I made it about 15-20 miles and it died again. So I sat about 3 minutes and it started and I made it about 3 miles. Died once again with no fuel pressure but the pump would run fine. I sat about 20 minutes and It ran all the way home. Everytime that I get it to start and run it runs fine. This has to be temp realated. Could it need a fuel pressure regulator? Im wondring if it is getting hot and sticking? Car has 117xxx. I put a new pump in it about 600 miles ago. It is a 255lph pump from TRE performance. Any help would be appericated

This is an update just incase anyone has been following this or ever has this problem again. After talking with people I have found that there is not a traditional regulator on the fuel rail but there is a thing that kinda looks like one in the line that goes between each rail. It has no electronics or vacuum hooked to it does anyone know what this is or does? I was wondering if it took care of pulses in the system or something? Anyways im going to stick a better quality pump in the car.
