fuel pressure regulator ???'s

fuel pressure regulator ???'s hi i have a wierd problem;
ok so i had stock fuel rails on my car mind you i have had my computer flashed but for the stock rails. i just put on aeromotive rails and a fuel pressure regulator on my car and now i cant get it to run at all and doesnt even spark if i check it by pulling the wire off to check.
if you may have any ideas or suggestions im open for anything. now it does turn over just doesnt fire but smells like raw fuel.TIA

ok so i just was feeling around the back and the map sensor was disconnected. but then i tried to start it and there was still nothing. so i pulled one of the plugs and its looking good. still wont fire though.
