Default telling when you have a bad injector?

So i was logging some driving yesterday and my LTFT bank 1 goes to +25 with no throttle while my bank two goes to around -1.6. Someone suggested a bad injector. If my ltft is that high, I would suspect one injector isnt firing? which would mean if I pulled my plugs the three firing would look hella fouled out? does that make sense or is there a different method?

however, once i give the car any gas +3% TPS or greater the issue seems to go away, from a computer standpoint, but it still feels really sluggish.
