Only side effect you may experience will be a rich condition. The PCM uses the IFR values to determine pulse width...so putting a bigger injector in will effectively flow more fuel in the same pulse width. You won't be right on the money with your stock table but the computer will still make adjustments to maintain stoich ratio.
