Default P0172 & P0175 code need some HELP!

The other day cruising down the road my 2000 SS threw both codes above. So I did a little reserching and found that when i key the car on the fuel pressure jumps to 48-52 psi after a few minutes the fuel steadly drops. I have no visible leaks under the car. So do I have a injector that is leaking or a bad fuel pressure regulator. Or what is causing my fuel pressure to drop off. When the car is running the car is steady at 54 psi. There is no trouble with driving going WOT or anythign stays at 54 psi. I doubt it is the 02 sensors since it is on both banks and both sensors at the same time.

Any help would be great. Stock fuel system. 28.8 injectors

Edit and bump. I lost 14 psi under WOT today went 54 to 40 psi in one gear. I am going to change the fuel filter tommorow and see if that helps.

Sounds like a sticking/failing injector since the codes are Bank 1 and 2 running rich and your FP is down. Don't know til you pull them and check them.

I found out what it was the other night pulling my plugs out there is a small piece of tape that is between the lid and MAF sensor. Some how it got sucked across the the front of the MAF and the glue melted killing the acutal air flow, adn gumming up the inside of my MAF. My injectors did balance ok tho the number 8 injetor was the lowest but still in specs.
