few weeks ago a had to replace my head gaskests so i took my heads off my TA.. now that i have put everything back together.. i found there is no fuel pressure.. fuel pump is not working.. i tried bypassing the fuel pump relay and pump would work.. but then i tried a new relay i wont work... waht could be causing me this problem/???

 

would the computer be preventing the fuel pump to operate????
