Default Drill out factory regulator?

I was told I could drill out the factory regulator on my truck rails somehow. Anyone know how to do this?

How are you planning to regulate the pressure?

Be careful with the Aeromotive stuff it has caused alot of headache with fluctuating pressures. I am not real sure how to "drill" it out either. You could remove it but would need to plug the vacuum port. And how do you plan to run a return line on the rails? The schrader valve is not a good port it is on the same side as the feed and can leave the pass side starve.
