They will get the job done but leave you little or no headroom to grow. If I were doing it all over I would have gone straight to the 75's.

If it is a good deal, How does the injectors look? If they look new and in good shape. I would sale them and get the 80s. You can also put #8 line from tank to the fuel rail for more vol. and put two pumps in the tank. If you have a stock fuel rail I was told they was good for 700 to 750 hp. If this is the hp you're shoting for keep the 56 and go bigger on the line and 2 pumps in the tank. If you will be doing other things shoting for more hp sale the ones that comes with it like I said and get the 80s they dont cost that much.

I'd go with atleast 60's....like jim said its better to go bigger and not tax them out on duty cycle. Buy the parts once so you dont need to upgrade 10 times down the road lol
What do you have for fuel pumps?

That is why I said go with 80# they will give you a lot of room to grow. How big is the turbo its it the basic kit or is it upgrade? Assuming it is upgaded comeing with the 56#. I think the basic comes with the 42#.

That is what I am planning on. Do it right the first time and you wont have to worry about wasteing money. Know where you want to go and build for it. Going with the #8 feed line and 2 pumps in the tank will help with the issue of running out of fuel and leaning out with the mods he has. It just depend on the person and what the are shoting for.

I said 80# Becasue I am not sure of how much hp I want just yet. On down the road you never know what you might want.
