Default Whos running the Siemens 57# injectors??

I need more fuel delievery on my car, going to a twin 340 setup in the tank, and I'm currently using 42.5LB injectors and a CAS rising regulator.......

The motor is a 6.0L 372c.i. Iron block setup, going to see around 15-16psi, will the 42.5's cut it with the twin 340's??

I want to step up to 57's, but my local speed shop is saying that they are having problems tuning with them......

Your using LS1edit correct?

I don't understand why the 57's would be a problem........

there is a guy on here with a convertible 409 iron block with a vortech supercharger pushing around 550 rwhp
he had to go to a dual pump, casue one walbro didnt supply enough for his iron block.
not sure what injectors he was using before he switched to the 57's

anyway 42's can support about 600rwhp if they have enough pump.

bigbos, yes i use edit.. this is a quick shot at it but i would put the flowrate table for those injectors at 7.4 across the board... that should put you sligtly negative l trims.

Where can I get a mototron 60# injector?

How much do they go for, and you have had success with tuning these?

i ran them at 50psi at idle (@60 at 0 vaccum) and they held a misfire free idle at 1.6milliseconds... which is quite impressive to me.

http://www.mototron.com/prod_minifuel_long.htm

drawbacks are they do not come in matched sets and they do not give returns.. but mine did work great and were showing some serious flow capability over the 42# svo.

i have the 57's with the stock intank and an inline. FP will maintain above 50PSI. IFR ended up at just over 6.0. this is with 10PSI boost.

I don't like the fact that those are not flow matched, I guess if I have to I will give the 57's a try.....

Maybe my 42's will support, I just want more than enough fuel.........
