Number 2 injector on all the time

Number 2 injector on all the time Ive been having issues with my pcm already and this morning it starts fine but is literally dumping fuel out the #2 cylinder. Noid light shows it on full strength all the time. Is there anything I need to check for before I spend 350 bucks on a good 98 PCM>?
The injectors are grounded through the PCM. So it sounds like the PCM is shorted to ground, causing power to flow through that injector at all times. Most likely will need a PCM, but can't be sure until you check all the wiring.

Took out the pcm, looked for issues. No bad spots I can see. I check the rest of the injectors and the barely flash at all when at idle, cyl. 2 is bright like a frikin spotlight. I have been having PCM issues and it died at a stoplight and the guages were jumping around like crazy.. Check my previous threads on my profile if you like.
It was fine that evening before work and then when I left that night for work the issue started. New PCM orders(damn 98) and Im going to go through all the wiring, clean and retape it. I look for the ground on the passenger side head but I cannot feel it. It is a 98 so it might be different.
Anyone have pics of the grounds?
