Ultimate 4 fuel= 4-5% hp gains???????

Ultimate 4 fuel= 4-5% hp gains??????? I dont post a whole bunch here.My Dad has a 99 SS camaro I get to race(great for me I get to run an 11.0 car for free).Anyway I belong to a dirtbike forum for four strokes and guys there are claiming 2-3 hp gains on a 45hp bike.They are using Ultimate 4 race fuel.I am told it is a 93 octane fuel and the benefits come from the "high oxygenation" levels.I figure a 2-3 hp bump on a 45-50hp bike would equate to about 17hp on a 350hp car.That said a 17hp gain from a fuel would surely have been discovered around here.Anyone heard of this stuff and these type of gains from it I come here for the real scoop.Thanks
