ok guys... I need help I have a 1997 ws6 that will start very very hard if at all.....I have researched and researched and I can I anything that exactly matches my problem......my car will start but it takes a good 10 minutes to get her started. It worked fine, but all of a sudden one day it just wouldn't start. So far it has a new fuel pump, new Pressure regulator, I took out the injectors and tested the OHMS and they all cam out at 13 except for one which came out 12.... I just took out the MAF and before I buy one of those I want to make sure that that is the problem because $140 is alot of money. I also sprayed carb cleaner to check for vaccum leaks and the engine didn't idle up so I guess thats ruled out also....if it would be helpful I can make a video of what is going on, if no one can help me solve my issue.

uhh how do you know its fuel? have you checked your ignition system? optispark? battery? lol i dunno im just gonna start throwin stuff out there. also (m6?) can you push start it with ease?

battery is brand new, ran it on a computer and the codes came up for the fuel system, it has an auto tranny, I can get it started but I have to fool with it for a good 10 minutes of cycling the key cranking and re-cycling.... I took the MAF out tonight and sprayed some carb cleaner in the TB and it was still not wanting to start but it did on the first go.

UPDATE: tonight I was out driving the car after I got it started, all of a sudden after I got in it a little bit the service engine soon light started blinking and it started stumbling and spitting and almost died a few times but I managed to get her home. any ideas?

ok guys... I took it to a mechanic and turns out the most fuel pressure it has is 20psi, and then soon as you turn the key off it drops, so he said it's either a bad pump or fuel filter. any thoughts?
the new fuel pump, was this added before or after the issue? did anything change when you swapped pumps? these cars should have about 40-44 psi or so. i cant remember if they hold pressure after they are turned off or not.
