Assembling Fuel Rail what do I need?

Assembling Fuel Rail what do I need? I bought a fuel rail kit a while back from Nasty Performance and I'm just getting around to installing it, but since it's been so long I need to know a few thing first.
Do I need to put teflon on the fitting threads, oil on the O-rings, and do I just snug up the -AN fittings with an -AN wrench. And since I have reuseable -AN hose fittings do I oil the hose/fitting nipple, and push /twist to install the hose?

Okay, I put a a light coat of oil on the O-rings, and snugged up the fittings. When assembling the hose ends I used a light coat of oil on the end/outside of the hose and the threaded male end.
No leaks, runs good, looks good, done!

For future reference, it's never a bad idea to put some sort of teflon on any thread inserted into a fluid environment. Fuel, coolant, oil or otherwise. The effort is to fill any tiny voids in the fitting threads to ensure a seal
