Mk IV big block with LS1 EFI?

Mk IV big block with LS1 EFI? I’m starting to consider how I’m going to install a LS1 PCM on my Mk IV big block (yes, in the Monte!) with a EFIConnections harness.
They’re telling me I need to have a Mk VI do this to accommodate their crankshaft and camshaft sensors.
So, my first question for you EFI guys is how do I get this stuff onto a Mk IV big block?
Second question: I’ll need to use a four barrel throttle body with a old school round air filter & base. How do I fabricate a mass air sensor on this? Does anybody market one for this application?
