No fuel pressure WTF

Default No fuel pressure WTF

so i was trying to do my first startup of my camaro and when i went to start it i noticed my a1000 regulator had 0 pressure my fuel systems is a 255 in tank pump into a corvette filter then into a -6line to my a1000 then into the rails (dont ask me why i have a corvette reg/filter and a a1000 im getting rid of the corvette reg/filter i just wanted to slap it together to try to start it real quick) but when i try to crank it im getting 0 fuel pressure so i loosened the jam nut and unscrewed the allen head part and still got nothing imstuck and dont know what to do can anyone help me?

How about "unslapping it", removing the Vette reg/filter, plumbing it correctly, then trying the system out?
1. Does the pump cycle as it's now plumbed?
2. "Unscrewing" the reg adj screw lowers the pressure.
3. The 1000 should have a return line. Does your set up have 1?
