Default No start issue

So, I have been getting random "no starts", def seems fuel related. I would have to sysle the key on/off 2-3 times after sitting overnight and it would fire right up. I was assuming the check ball in the fuel pump was bleeding off the fuel pressure.
Now it is begining to happen more often, not just after sitting overnight.

Today I am down to 1/4 tank and stop in to gas up. Car won't start, cranks fine, but no start. Finally after about 15 attempts it fires up and runs fine.

It does have the stock pump and I will be doing a pressure test this weekend.
Any other issues that may be causing this other than the fuel pump?

Car has a new 370ci with 12:1 compression with cam/heads and 36# injectors. Motor has about 2300 miles on it.

Sounds like what my car is doing. Mine's a basically stock LT1, but I'm losing pressure almost immediately after it primes. I ran down whatever else I could, and I'm going to swap the pump Friday. Hope you get yours figured out, but I think you're on the right track.

Swapped mine out today and it runs great now. No more rough start or hard start.
