Does anybody know the thread size of the external 255 LPH pump, not the Aeromotive, the cheap one. Also I am needing the thread size on the billet fuel regulator. The rails are 3/8" pipe, but I think the pump and the regulator are AN sizes.

 

I think the thread size is -6AN on the regulator (almost positive) . I am unsure of the pump though .

 

Your right about the regulator it's -6AN, but I have not fitted the pump yet, it might be a 4. When I do I'll document all the fitting sizes for the whole setup and post them. I should have my first round of earls stuff tomorrow and I'll get the rest next week.

 

Well the pump is 1/8" NPT. I am using all 8 AN on the fuel rails. The feed line is aluminum 5/8 and the return is aluminum 3/8. When I get it assembled I'll detail out the parts. It's been a real pain figuring out all the connectors and such for the fuel system using aftermarket rails, and regulator, and a sump with an external pump.
