A.I.R. Pump pressure

Hi all. Is there supposed to be enough pressure out of the pump to feel by hand?
1999 TA bone stock. I've been getting codes P0410 / 412 and 418. I've gone through the hoses by hand and everything seems fine. I got back to the pump and disconected the hoses,jump the relay, (the motor SOUNDS healthy). I don't feel any pressure from the hose ports. Am I missing a solenoid or something? Any info would be great. Thanks much.

so, should I feel anything with my hand over the air pump?
Am I posted in the wrong section? I tried research I swear.

Thanks, I'll move it to external engine then?
The car's bone stock and I just fell on Sh1tty times. I'm likely selling this car soon so deleting things aren't the way to go at the moment.
