3rd question: What ratings of 95LB/Hr are you referring to? This would be at 3 bar (43.5psi) or 4 bar (58psi)
It can all depend on pressure. And also, do you have a Fuel pressure regulator, such that with MAP changes your pressure increases to "push" past the boost so that your actual injected fuel pressure is constant?
I will put it this way:
If you bought 94# injectors rated at 43.5psi fuel pressure & ran them at 58psi you would just about be running 80% duty cycle (basically ok)
If you bought 94# injectors rated at 43.5psi & ran them at 43.5psi .... well you wouldn't be ok.

yes turbo car on pump gas fuel base psi is 43 the inj is 95lb at 43,5 I have a 1:1 reg and have not see the fuel psi drop on a run I use bigstuff3 to log it fuel psi gets up to 59 60 with 19.5 psi

anyway to log your current duty cycle?
According to the calculation you are about at your limit now for 80% duty cyle (Also assuming worst case too, but you are getting close to the limit it sounds like.

3rd pump... damn son... umm what two pumps are you running? they should be able to keep up with it, especially if you have a bosch 044 pump... two of those...
