Default Fuel Delivery

Alright, I have a question.. I went and had my car tuned today (hp tuners in car) and when we were configuring the WOT parameters, no matter what we did, the car was running LEAN. like 16.5 to 17 air to fuel ratio... No matter how wide open the injectors were, they were still like 20% less than what they should have.. I checked the injectors with the ole' ohm-meter test and they were all the same.. could the injectors possibly be too small? We also checked the fuel pressure while driving. idle was around 60 and WOT was about 54-52ish..

EDIT::: I forgot to mention that I just replaced the fuel filter last week with an AZ fuel filter from autozone... (cheapo)
Help!! My baby is too lean!

Your fuel pressure is dropping a little more then I'd like, but if you're commanding more fuel and it isn't there it might just be out of injector. A good tuner should be able to figure it out pretty quick.

He said when ran the car wot the car leaned out to about a 16.5 air to fuel ratio. The second run he said he added 20% more fuel and with the same result.. Injector maybe?

I suppose I could also be the fuel pump.. But then wouldn't the pressure continue to drop? I only saw the initial drop to about 53 psi and then is remained through the power band
