help fuel pump maybe?

help fuel pump maybe? hi guys kinda new just trying to get some insight. ive had an 2002 z28 A4 stock except some bolt ons. headers, ory, magnaflow cut out.
ive been having problems with my car randomly missing and bogging down and acting like its about ot choke when you give it the gas it doesnt make very good progression then it will over rev. shift and be fine.... i can turn the car off in the middle of it. turn it back on and it goes on like business as usual. i threw code p1153. then it went away also got the multicylnder missfire code. but it in a day went away. at the same time my vats when out i replace my starter and did a bipass and thats fixed now i just gotta figure this out. i have repalce the plugs wires, twice, and tested the coils all seem good. so now im at fuel issues. it does seem to be running a little rich right now. but its just strange one day it will run like a champ the next day every 45mins it wants to choke and die. any ideas???
