A1000 fuel pump low pressure

I installed the A1000 fuel pressure in my 502Ci c6 z06 but the fuel pressure are between 10psi to 15psi i tried to disconnect the fuel pump controler and connect it direct but still same can someone help me please

Is this the new intank design or external A1000? If it's the new intank design you don't have the internal cross over tubes hooked up and it's just pushing 90% of the fuel over into the passenger side tank.
