Running lean on bank 2

Running lean on bank 2 Today my check engine light came on, for running leaning on bank 2. I got the code cleared. I drove maybe 15 mins turned it off, came back 1 hour later started it up check engine light was back on. i havent had a chance to check the code again. But the car seems to be running fine no major problems notice, its idle slightly rough once. I don't have any major mods on the car intake and cat back exhaust. Any help would be awesome

I have the problem with bank1. Swapped 02 sensors right left no change. Changed out fuel filter no change. Now I took the injectors out to clean them and swapp them with the right and left side but they are leaking at the rail. So that is where I am with this.
did you check for vacume leaks?
