building a douple pumper
building a douple pumper im going to be building a double pumper sending unit sometime in the near future. ive seen them done 2 ways that i like. i want each pump to have its own exit through the sending unit
option 1 is... put (3) 3/8 lines in the stock sending unit, and use hard line adapters to turn them all into -6. then merge the 2 feed lines into -8. but all the walbro pumps have 5/16 outlets right? so how do i connect that to the 3/8 line?
option 2, cut a whole new top for the sending unit, and start bare with a clean solid piece of steel, then put 3 -6an 90* bulkhead fittings in, 2 feed and 1 return, but again, how do i connect the 5/16 pumps to the bulkhead fittings? if i did this, i would use 2 pieces of all-thread and nuts to connect the piece that holds the level sensor.
