Fuel Pressure problem
If you want a check valve, put 1 after the pump..
You don't say what the application is.. If it's based on the injs at 58psi, then add some pressure at the reg, and retry the start.
The pcm has to see an rpm signal in order to start the pump, once the prime cycle is done..
Scan it and see if U R getting a tach input when cranking...
