Potential Fuel Line Leak?

Potential Fuel Line Leak? Not too sure what I'm hearing, but I most definitely hear a hissing. Sounds like a vacuum leak, and is hard to locate. I can't detect a fuel odor, however, I do believe it may be this line here leaking:
Anyone ever notice this before? When i wrap my fingers around it, I can get the hissing to stop or at least slow down. There's no hose clamp on it either.
Perhaps it's my imagination?

Engine running, wave a propane torch over the fittings, intake /head areas,etc. Engine picks up RPM?? Likely a vac leak.
A fuel line that's leaking will tell you really quik..Don't smoke while U R looking!
