Default What is this fitting?

This came on the pump in my Spectra EFI tank.

And this adapter came in the box:

Is it SAE 45 degree? I thought those were only for low pressure applications. I don't want to use the barbed fitting either. Is there an adapter that will get me from the flare on the line to a -6 fitting?

Thanks,

Colin

It looks like a 37* flare fitting on the line itself (standard AN, just can't tell what size it is), and the adapter converts it to the barb fitting, which I would also think is for a low pressure application (like a carb).

It's not an AN fitting. I can ensure you of that. And that line is coming off an in-tank EFI pump.

I'd like an answer to this one if anyone knows.

I've since figured it out. The flare is a 45 deg SAE.

I used Aeoroquip fitting # FCM-1134 to attach directly to the fitting on the pump and threw the brass fitting away. That's a -6 to 45 deg swivel hose end. It's for Aeroquip TFT hose, so you'll at least have to use that type of hose off the tank (which I found easier to work with than standard -6 braided hose anyway).

TFT is the braided teflon hose? I was planning on using braided teflon.
