What size injectors?

What size injectors? Will be running a boosted built bottom end motor(stock heads/cam) probably around 9-10psi or slightly more...possibly 14-15 in the future.
What size injectors should I go with? THinking of 42lb
Is that too big or too small or what?
And where would be a good place online to order them?

Don't forget the flow rate for the injector is typically rated at 3 bar. For example the SVO 30 lb/hr injectors are rated for 30 lb/hr at 43 psi fuel pressure. Using that in the LS1 with a fuel pressure of 58 psi you get a flow rate of 34.8 lbs/hr. That fuel pressure has to be a delta from the intake track. If your running 10 lbs of boost your fuel pressure should be at 68 psi when your running 10 lbs of boost.
I would ask people who are running a similar set up for a blower. You might be able to get BSFC number to use. A safe number for BSFC for a blower application is 0.55. For your application if you get 42 lb/hr injectors rated at 43 psi fuel pressure will flow 48.8 lb/hr in an LS1. Using number of 600 crank HP, duty cycle of 85%, 0.55 BSFC results in 48.53 lb/hr injector flow rate. Therefore the 42 lb/hr injector should support your 600 HP at the crank.
