(Estimated HP) x (BSFC) / # of cylinders x Max Duty Cycle

Example- (600 HP) x .6 / 8 x .80= 36lb per hour @ 43.5 PSI

(Brake Specific Fuel Consumption)BSFC= Pounds of fuel burned to support 1HP for 1 hour. Gasoline Engines will typically be between .4 -.7 depending on how efficient the engine is.

Standard Injectors are Tested at 43.5 psi

36# or 42# will be fine. if you plan for future mods I would just get 42#

the wet kit will be nice. with the power you will make i would go ahead and get 42#

We have a few fuel calculators on our website you can use to play around with different power goals, fuels, system pressures, etc.

Looks like a 42# would be a good size for what you are looking to do on spray.
