what pound injectors would be a good starting point on a 408 to run e85

At least tell us approx power goals, this could be a twin turbo 1200hp 408 or a mild NA 408.

Probably 700-800rwhp, the ID1000's will be great.
Any more than that, you may want to step up to the ID1600's or ID2000's.
