I have the rear out of the car now waiting for the new one to come in and since its out of the car would it be a good idea to upgrade the intank pump? Is it easier to drop the tank now then going with cutting up my floor board because the back end of the drive train is out. I do not necessarily need the intank now but I definitely will in the future.

 

If you are building the engine, it cant hurt to replace your 10yr old pump.
