What return line size recommended

Default What return line size recommended

I have A lsx 406 single 106mm turbo car, Magnafuel 750 pump and regulator, -10 feed line and -10 return line 160lb injs. I'm havinng a problem with the fuel pressure not going 1 to 1. I have a 40lb pressure reading at idle and when I ran the car it only went up to 58lb at 25lbs of boost. Could that return line be an issue?? BTW im monitoring the ffuel pressure through a racepak

You running 12v or 16v? Cable or belt drive pump?

The size of the return line doesn't matter. You could theoretically take the line off and let the return dump on the ground, and it would still maintain the same pressure. I'd start with checking your vacuum/boost reference tubing.. Where are you referencing from?

^^Agreed. It should be referenced where ever you have your boost controller to.

Exactly. If you have it between the boost regulator and wastegate, you will get the boost pressure minus the spring PSI, which it sounds like is happening. I'm guessing you have a 7psi spring?
