Default aeromotive pump controller?

i am getting ready to start my fuel system and have a question about wiring the aeromotive controller. i have the older style controller that uses the old style spade connectors and its going in a 99 trans am. so do i need a tack driver for it to work or can i just use the stock pcm to controll it and if anyone know the color of wire or the pin out would be helpful

Hope someone chimes i here. I talked to black 04 y he said yesterday and he said you can use the pcm signal. I think different years are different locations and I,m not sure of mine either.
