get a pressure test guage (40 bucks or so from any auto parts place).

warm the car to normal operating temp and shut it off completely (dont leave the key in the on position).

uncap the schrader valve on the front end of the driver side fuel rail. (small black cap on the end of the black tube that runs just above and next to the intake manifold.)

thread the guage fitting onto the valve (use a rag it leaks during connection)

press the pressure release button on the guage a couple time to get all the fuel out of the hose. (remember to have something to catch the excess fuel in.)

turn the ignition to ON but dont start the car.....when the fuel pump stops whirring (2-3 seconds) the guage should read steady at 55-60 psi.

now start the engine, the pressure should drop by about 3-10 psi.

when you're done testing, dont forget to release the pressure in the hose again before you take the gauge off the rail.

remember to cap the rail back up.

thats about it....good luck.
