Default Fuel and start issue

Hey guys, I have sun into a small issue with my car. It's a 2002 SS with the good'ol LS1. The issue is, when i go to start the car for the first time of the day or after a few hours of the engine being off it starts just fine. Now here is problem, if i had been driving for a little while( enough to get the engine warmed up at lest) then i go for a quick stop at a gas station or fast food join and only have the car off for a few mins. When i go to start it back up again it takes a few tries before it will turn over i would guess it had to do with fuel because it doesnt sound like its getting any when i run into this problem.

insight on this problem would be a great help and tips on fixing the problem would be great, thanks all.

Leaking injectors often cause a hot restart problem. I would start there.
