fuel pump issue

Default fuel pump issue

hey guys i have a 94 trans am, i know its not ls but i figured people here would most about fuel systems. about 2 weeks after i installed a new fuel pump now it doesnt want to kick on and im only getting 6.7v to the pump. anyone have any idea on what it could be?

Possible high resistance in the circuit. Try bypassing the relay with a jumper wire and check if your voltage reading at the pump changes. If it does, replace the relay. If it doesn't, make sure you have battery voltage inside the fuse block at the relay terminals. Check resistance between fuse block at relay terminal and fuel pump. Check fuel pump ground.

i already got a new relay and it didnt change anything. i'll check the other stuff.
