I don't see a problem with it at all.
2000 LS1 was 22lb/hr @ 43.5PSI
Since the LS1's have a stock fuel pressure of 58PSI they can support a maximum of 450 Crank Horsepower in a naturally aspirated motor. That assumes a correct tune.
100% Duty cycle BSFC = .45

The most you can really expect to go to with the stock injectors is 390RWHP. Now if you want more insurance you can crank the fuel pressure up by running an external fuel pressure regulator instead of the returnless unit. However now you're starting to get into the mod crazyness.

I've never stopped! LOL.....1000RWHP, 1100RWHP? when will it end!!!!!!!!!

Sorry about the I looked up the part numbers for a 2000 and they listed it with 58PSI instead of 43.5 which is what I normally see. I edited my information above. Looks like you're absolute top limit would be about 390RWHP. Probably will still be ok with it however I wouldn't want you to think you'd be fine all the way to 400RWHP. That would be making around 464 crank HP which would require a 28lb injector at 80% duty cycle.
