I was able to get through to them via email. I think they just dont have the time to build the dp system for us. I guess there is just not enough interest for it to be profitible to them. Like I said though try an email they usually reply withen a couple days.

I am looking into making a duel intank setup. If I could get a few people interested I could put it together for you guys. I can do it on a one order basis if you need one badly enough.

hey Nate what about making us a pre built front mount regulator system, say one that comes with all the fitting attached with a regulator so all we have to do is put on the new fuel rails with reg attached hook it into our stock fuel line and then run the line back to the tank? Maybe even some instructions on how to properly get the line back to the tank. I would definatly be interested in something like this.

I do have a complete setup I can sell you it is not all assembled but I do get all of the parts together for you. As far as instructions what are you looking for? The line is pretty self explaining.

Stroked it is basicly worthless to add another pump and stay with the stock fuel line. The one Walbro will out flow the stock line and rails as it is. 2 you are going to need -8 line. And as I have said before I know what you are going for I would not try and skimp on the fuel system I would do it right and do a complete external pump and good line. You do not want to chance it with that setup.

I am just not sure of how to run a return line back to the tank. More specifically do I have to do any altering of the tank? if not or if so what kind of fittings will I need and which adapter on the fuel pump harness would I need to use to plug in the return line?

MY understanding is just take a return fuel line frim the rail/s (different ways to do this) back to the line that goes into the fuel sender, remove the stock in-tank regulator, and place a hose to allow the fuel to expel where it did before.

This is a pic of the '98 fuel sender from that side the regulator is on:

I tried to zoom it in here:

The inlet from the top of the sender goes to the regulator and exits thru the dirty-brown accordion tube, which runs down to the bottom of the assembly.

This is a pic of when I did my dual-Walbro 340 mod.

Hope this helps!

There are some very good pictures on here to show you how to install them. I could setup the pumps in the stock canister with a bulkhead fitting out the top for the new feed line. Then you use the stock feed line as your new return line. Let me know I have the stock sender housings here.
