e85, injectors? pump? big 250 shot

e85, injectors? pump? big 250 shot im looking to spray my car this summer and right now im working with a walbro in tank 255 and 36# injectors on pump gas. i want to spray a 250 shot but i want to switch to e85 so i dont really have to switch between pump and race gas tunes. suggestions? what do i need to upgrade in order to support this and what would you recommend? input please 
also possibly considering speed density unless MAF shouldnt have any issues, again looking for input from people with past experiences and also looking for a nice place to tune in the midwest suburbs of chicago!!
