Default Barry Grant fuel pumps

I can get a good deal on a Barry Grant 280gph pump. It is supposed to be good up to 650hp. I need a system for a n/a 427. Yea or nay?

280GPH is way more than 650hp at the LS1 pressure what model is it and is it for injection? sounds like a carb pump.

I believe it is the BG280. Is it for carbs? I think this link has it:

Yes that is a Low Pressure Pump ment for carb engines, if you look in the details about it, it mentions 18 psi, ls1's need around 60 psi
